Friend bought me voucher for a facial at this salon. Enjoyed treatment very much, really relaxing and the therapist (Kirtsy) was great. Made to feel comfortable from first entering the salon. Would definitely recommend.

never came across a more slimey dealer principle than mark joplin. i work in marketing and will recomend to everyone never to buy from this garage. very very two faced guy.

Had this treatment done the other day must say not impressed at all getting a 2nd one in 4 weeks but thinking about cancelling it its over a 100 pound and feel it would be a waste of money wouldnt recommend it as a bit pricey if you dont get instant results like promised.

FABULOUS TREATMENTS. WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE. FRIENDLY STAFF.
I HAD A FACIAL AND BODY MASSAGE THEN A MANICURE. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY SALONS OVER THE YEARS BUT WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAT JESMOND BEAUTY CLINIC FROM NOW ON. CERTAINLY DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING.

Passed this place a few times and was finally tempted to try it out. Played safe for my first visit and went for a manicure. Found that if you download a free voucher from their web site you can get the luxury manicure for nearly the same price as their basic one. Staff were great and very chatty which helped as I was a bit nervous at first. Nails look fab and will definitely go back again, facials sound good so might try one of them.

BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT GET IPL TREATMENT FROM THIS CLINIC AS IT DOES NOT WORK AND ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE YOU HAVE NO COME BACK AND WILL HAVE LOST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. ONE TREATMENT DOES NOTHING SO I DOUBT TWO OR THREE THAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT LATER WILL HAVE ANY EFFECT PLEASE BE WARNED YOU ARE HYPED UP TO BELIVE THIS TREATMENT IS AMAZING, SAVE YOUR CASH AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE THEY EVEN SAY THE ELIPSE MACHINE IS NOT AS POWERFUL AS OTHERS SO THAT SAYS IT ALL.

I went for an MOT at Robins and Days in Newcastle, I was happy enough with the price being cheap and being a car trader I was expecting high quality. Unfortunately, my car failed the MOT, now I had had the car service only 3 weeks prior and no faults had been pointed out to me by the garage, in fact the man said the car was in great condition and would sail through the MOT. Unfortunately, that garage did not do MOTs, so I had to take the car elsewhere, which is why I ended up at Robins and Days.

I dropped the car off in the morning and went on home, as I didn’t live very far away. I got a phone call an hour later to say the car had failed and te brakes where to blame. Now, I have only just fitted the car with brand new brake discs and pads, so the brakes where in fine working order, but the man wanted £130 to fix the brakes. I was more than unhappy, but as I know very little about cars, I let the man go ahead (my mistake, I know). About an hour later, he phoned again to tell me of even more work he just “noticed” and needed done, and that would cost another £125. I didn’t agree to have the work done, and he proceeded to fail my car on the MOT and I had to take it elsewhere.

I did so, and it passed with no problems at all, so my story basically concludes with DO NOT USE ROBINS AND DAY FOR ANYTHING!!

Last September an employer of Hodgsons Mazda driving a Red Rover MG ZT crashed into my car injuring my 6 year old daughter ,the driver gave me false name and address the manager denied anyone driving this car registered to this garage , probably because they were not on insurance ,avoid this unscrupulous Dealership.
